About Me
I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Neuroprotective Developmental Care (Possums) practitioner and GP trainee.
I live locally in the lower Blue Mountains with my husband and two young children, and am passionate about supporting local families to enjoy those precious early days and months with their new baby.
Professional Journey
I completed my medical degree at Western Sydney University and pre-vocational training at Blacktown Hospital and have worked as a Senior Resident in paediatrics and obstetrics at Nepean Hospital. Additional medical qualifications include the Sydney Child Health Program (formerly Diploma of Child Health) and a Bachelor of Medical Research.
I have worked as a private lactation and infant sleep consultant since 2023, initially attaining my NDC accreditation and a certificate IV in breastfeeding education before going on to meet requirements for IBCLC certification in 2025.
I also volunteer as a breastfeeding counsellor on the national Australian Breastfeeding Association helpline, and am a PhD candidate with the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Western Sydney University.

- Tongue tie assessment (will refer on for frenotomy if indicated)
- Excessive crying/unsettled behaviour in infants
- Excessive night waking and day sleep concerns in infants and toddlers

- Expressing breastmilk
- Combining breastfeeding with return to employment and daycare
- Inflammation, ‘blocked ducts’ and mastitis
- Introducing family foods and initial support for sensory feeding difficulties
- Weaning (including rapid weaning)
